How much can we earn?
We give our partners 50% of our commission.
When will we get our commission?
The commission is paid every month after the minimum payment amount is reached (50 EUR or USD, depends on your balance currency). If the minimum payout amount is not reached, the payment is carried over to the next month, until the minimum payment amount is reached. We check your balance on the first day of each month. This means you get that commission that you have accumulated until the first day of the current month. Money will be transferred to your account on the 10th to 20th day of the current month. After the booking is partially or fully paid for, the commission gets the "Pending" status. After the transfer is executed successfully and after 14 days have passed (this time is given to a client for filing a claim), the commission gets the 'Confirmed' status. And it is these commissions (having this status) that are paid on the first day of each month after the minimum payment amount is reached (50 EUR or USD).
What does the commission 'Pending' status mean?
The commission 'Pending' status means that a transfer is not executed yet or is executed but 14 days since its execution have not passed yet. This time is given to a client for filing a claim. If a transfer is executed successfully and a client has not filed a claim, a commission gets the Confirmed status and will be paid to you after the minimum payment amount is reached (50 EUR/USD).
How to get the commission?
To get the commission you can use several options: Visa/Mastercard bank card, Skrill, ePayments, Payoneer account or SWIFT payment.
There are bank fee for some of these options:

  • Visa/Mastercard bank card - 2% of payout amount;
  • Skrill - 2% of payout amount;
  • ePayments - without fee;
  • Payoneer - without fee;
  • SWIFT - 15 EUR for EUR balance and 5 EUR for USD balance.
How to find out commission amount in advance?
If you want to know, how much commission you will earn for booking. Choose a route and look at vehicle classes.
Where can I check my commissions?
All commissions are available on the Balance tab in your personal account.
We didn't get our commission for transfer №xxxxxx. Why?
Most likely, you didn't enter your personal account and booked those transfers as an ordinary user. Please make sure you are signed in. In this case, you can see your name in the top right corner.
Is it possible to add commission if I made booking without agent account?
If the transfer is already completed, it's impossible.If the transfer is not completed yet, send us an email to agency@kiwitaxi.com

We will check if it's possible.
How do we pay for bookings?
You can choose any of the following options available for travel agencies:

  • Bank card: prepayment online. The rest amount is to be paid to the driver by tourists in cash
  • Bank card: full payment online
  • Invoice. You can download invoice on the confirmation page. Also we send it at your email. This payment method is not available if there is less than 2 days before transfer start. In this case we recommend you to pay with a bank card online.
Do we need a contract?

You don't need to sign and send a paper contract.
We want to place KiwiTaxi links, banners, widgets on our website. What do we need to do?
To place KiwiTaxi materials on your web resource, you need to sign up for the webmaster personal account: http://kiwitaxi.com/partner/signup
Right after registration, you will get into your webmaster personal account.

All affiliate materials will be available on Widgets and Banners tab. Just download a code.
How to book?
To book a transfer, click on the Book transfer button which is in the top right corner.
Or you can click on the KiwiTaxi button which is in the top left corner.
You will be redirected to the KiwiTaxi main page.
Here, you can select your pick-up and drop-off locations.
Note: please notice that on this step you choose only pick-up and drop-off location. This means you choose a city or airport, port, village and so forth. You can specify the exact address and/or hotel name later; transfer price will not change if this point is situated within chosen pick-up or drop-off location.

Click on the Find transfer button.
You will be taken to the transfer booking page. Here, you can select the class of the car. The car descriptions and transfer prices are also shown on this page.
Click on the Book transfer button.
You will be taken to the order placement page. Here, you will find all the necessary information on services. Also, you can make changes to the order here.
  • Vehicle class. If you've suddenly decided that you've chosen the wrong class of the vehicle, you can change it in the drop-down window.
  • Number of passengers. Specify the number of passengers. Take the capacity of the vehicle into account. If the number of passengers exceeds the capacity of the car, the service will be refused.
  • Add child seats or boosters. If passengers include children, it is necessary to order child seats. Otherwise, the driver is entitled to refuse to perform the transfer.
  • Flight number. Specify your flight number.
  • Arrival date and time.
  • Drop-off. Exact address or the name of your hotel.
  • Order your return transfer. Choose the pick-up date and time.
  • Name and Surname. First name and last name of the tourist who will be met at the airport. In case there is a group of tourists, and the responsible person is changed, you should immediately tell our support team the order number and change the name and surname of the person who is going to be met.
  • E-mail address. The booking confirmation with the transfer details will be sent to this address.
  • Phone number (with country code). It is the tourist's phone number – it must be available in the transfer country.
  • Additional phone. Companion's phone number. In case if the first phone number is not available.
  • Note. You can leave additional information regarding tourists and transfer.
Click on the Continue button which is at the bottom. You will be taken to the payment page where you can choose a payment method:

- Prepayment, the rest amount in cash to the driver. You pay 20% of the amount on the website, and the rest is paid to the driver by tourists themselves in cash.

- Full payment online: bank card.

- Full payment online: invoice.

Then click on the button Go to payment.
For example, you've chosen prepayment. The following window will open:
Here, you need to specify information about the card with which the payment will be made. Also you need to agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy.
After specifying all the necessary information, click on the Pay now button.
After successful payment, the following window will open:
Here, you can download the Voucher by clicking on the Download the voucher button.

How to change my booking?
You can change your booking at 24 hours before it will start.
Go to "My transfers" page, then choose a booking you want to change and click on it.You'll see a page with information about booking.
Here you can change it, download voucher or cancel this booking.
How can I change the car class, order additional options in an existing booking?
To change main details in an existing booking, please call our customer service:

Important: when making changes to an existing booking, the amount of the commission will not change in proportion to the new price.
