Main terms and definitions
IT Travel LP (registration number: UK, SL24264, 9a Tinto Place, EH6 5GD, Edinburgh, UK) provides online service Kiwitaxi designed to search and book transfers.
- By placing this offer, IT Travel LP shall provide bloggers with an opportunity to participate in an affiliate program aimed to attract clients to the Kiwitaxi service.
- IT Travel LP shall be hereinafter referred to as the "We", "Service" or "Kiwitaxi".
- Bloggers shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Executor", "Partner" or "You".
- By accepting the terms and conditions of this offer, You shall fully and irrevocably accept all its terms and conditions and shall guarantee that You are over 18 years old.
In order to accept the terms and conditions of this offer and to conclude an affiliate program participation (offer) agreement, You will need:
Kiwitaxi Service shall mean the websites kiwitaxi.com and other applications, information systems and Kiwitaxi channels allowing a client to book a transfer, to obtain information and receive order support, to leave feedback.
- Blogger, Executor, Partner shall mean a person who places advertising materials on their platforms and provides other services for attracting clients to the Kiwitaxi service.
- Link to the booking system (BS) shall mean a link or a booking module provided by the Partner and allowing the clients to go to the page of the Kiwitaxi booking system.
- Attracted client, Client shall mean a person who clicked through the link leading to the page of the booking system, placed by the Executor.
1.1. The blogger shall publish advertising materials of Kiwitaxi affiliate program on his/her own platforms.
The advertising means must enable a user to go to the website of the booking system and become a client of Kiwitaxi.
1.2. The blogger shall be entitled to receive remuneration (commission) if all the conditions below are fulfilled:
In case the client canceled the order and/or for any other reason did not use the transfer, the blogger shall lose their right to receive the remuneration.
1.3. One blogger shall be entitled to have only one account.
The advertising means must enable a user to go to the website of the booking system and become a client of Kiwitaxi.
1.2. The blogger shall be entitled to receive remuneration (commission) if all the conditions below are fulfilled:
- the client clicked through the link or other advertising means placed by the blogger and was forwarded to the Kiwitaxi website;
- the client placed an order in the booking system within at least 30 calendar days after clicking through the link;
- the client fully paid the order;
- the client used the transfer;
In case the client canceled the order and/or for any other reason did not use the transfer, the blogger shall lose their right to receive the remuneration.
1.3. One blogger shall be entitled to have only one account.
2.1. Through the personal account the blogger may obtain prepared materials and instructions as well as information on statistical data on orders of the clients attracted and the amount of the commission accrued.
2.2. Upon request of Kiwitaxi, the blogger shall be obliged to provide the traffic source data and access to the statistics of their advertising platform within 5 calendar days. In case of failure to receive the requested information, Kiwitaxi shall be entitled to block the blogger's access to the affiliate program as well as to suspend the payout of commission.
2.3. When fulfilling obligations hereunder, the blogger shall undertake to observe the following rules of traffic channels acceptability:
2.2. Upon request of Kiwitaxi, the blogger shall be obliged to provide the traffic source data and access to the statistics of their advertising platform within 5 calendar days. In case of failure to receive the requested information, Kiwitaxi shall be entitled to block the blogger's access to the affiliate program as well as to suspend the payout of commission.
2.3. When fulfilling obligations hereunder, the blogger shall undertake to observe the following rules of traffic channels acceptability:
Using a direct link from the ad to the kiwitaxi.com domain is forbidden.
Instead, You can redirect traffic to the domain through Your website,
landing page or Kiwitaxi promo materials

Public pages, groups, communities on social networks
E-mailing to the users who gave their consent to receive emails
Entry web page optimised for one or several search queries
Pop-up window which opens in the foreground of the website when loading
Buying advertising and SEO by keywords kiwitaxi, kiwi taxi, kiwitaxi, transfer etc.
A website page that opens on the background under the active window of the website
Promising the user any kind of bonuses for performing a target action
2.4. The blogger shall undertake to refrain from using negative keywords for adjusting search engine advertising that are forbidden to use for targeting in any kind (Kiwitaxi brand bidding). 2.5. When fulfilling obligations hereunder, the blogger shall undertake to observe the following rules:
2.5.1. to refrain from using the name Kiwitaxi, and words which sound alike
2.5.2. to refrain from using the images (including favicon) from the kiwitaxi.com website (excluding frame images).
2.6. The blogger shall guarantee that data transferred by them to Kiwitaxi (including when completing the registration form) are complete and true. The blogger shall be obliged to notify Kiwitaxi in writing of any changes of such previously transferred data within maximum 3 calendar days after such changes. Changing the respective data in the personal account shall be considered as written notification.
2.7. The blogger shall guarantee that the content of the advertising platform does not contradict the legislation, does not violate the norms of the applicable law and corresponds to the topics of travel, self-development, active lifestyle and related areas.
2.8. Kiwitaxi shall guarantee the confidentiality of the details provided during the booking in the affiliate program and their use according to the purposes and terms specified by the Privacy policy.
2.9. The blogger shall be individually responsible for keeping the link to the booking system in working condition and for securing an unhindered click-through for clients.
2.10. The blogger shall undertake to meet the requirements of the applicable legislation, terms of hosting, websites, forums, and other resources of third persons.
2.11. Any and all risks related to unauthorised access to the blogger's platform, their e-mail, personal account, and software shall be borne by the blogger.
2.12. In case of any suspicions of violation of this offer's terms and conditions and/or in order to verify the provided data of the blogger and/or to verify the quality of the blogger's traffic and in other cases, Kiwitaxi shall be entitled to suspend or terminate the payout of the commission and the blogger's participation in the affiliate program and to require from the blogger to remove the link and/or other references to Kiwitaxi booking system from the blogger's platform. Such a requirement to remove the link or references to Kiwitaxi shall be subject to execution within 48 hours upon receipt of such notice unless another period is specified in such notice.
2.13. Kiwitaxi shall pay the blogger's commission only after the money is received from the client to the account of Kiwitaxi, but not before the time the client indeed used the service.
2.5. When fulfilling obligations hereunder, the blogger shall undertake to observe the following rules:
2.5.1. to refrain from using the name Kiwitaxi, and words which sound alike
- in Title and Description on all pages of the Partner's site;
- in text blocks on the main page.
2.5.2. to refrain from using the images (including favicon) from the kiwitaxi.com website (excluding frame images).
2.6. The blogger shall guarantee that data transferred by them to Kiwitaxi (including when completing the registration form) are complete and true. The blogger shall be obliged to notify Kiwitaxi in writing of any changes of such previously transferred data within maximum 3 calendar days after such changes. Changing the respective data in the personal account shall be considered as written notification.
2.7. The blogger shall guarantee that the content of the advertising platform does not contradict the legislation, does not violate the norms of the applicable law and corresponds to the topics of travel, self-development, active lifestyle and related areas.

2.12. In case of any suspicions of violation of this offer's terms and conditions and/or in order to verify the provided data of the blogger and/or to verify the quality of the blogger's traffic and in other cases, Kiwitaxi shall be entitled to suspend or terminate the payout of the commission and the blogger's participation in the affiliate program and to require from the blogger to remove the link and/or other references to Kiwitaxi booking system from the blogger's platform. Such a requirement to remove the link or references to Kiwitaxi shall be subject to execution within 48 hours upon receipt of such notice unless another period is specified in such notice.
2.13. Kiwitaxi shall pay the blogger's commission only after the money is received from the client to the account of Kiwitaxi, but not before the time the client indeed used the service.
3.1. The blogger shall be fully liable to observe the rights of third persons to the mark, trademark, brand as well as personal and other rights when placing advertising on their platform.
3.2. The blogger shall undertake to refrain from using on their platform any content violating norms of the applicable law or leading to the pages violating such norms.
3.3. The blogger shall undertake to refrain from using unfavourable emailing (spam) while sending advertising materials via email. The blogger shall be fully liable to receive proper consent of each recipient in order to send the advertisements by email.
3.4. We shall be entitled to withdraw the blogger's commission for the orders which were accomplished by using unacceptable traffic channels and/or violating other terms and conditions of this offer.
3.5. If the amount of the commission due for payment to the blogger does not cover the amount of the calculated penalty, the outstanding amount of the penalty may be charged additionally.
3.6. Any and all losses which Kiwitaxi incurred in the result of violation of the terms and conditions of this offer by blogger, shall be subject to collection in addition to the penalty.
3.2. The blogger shall undertake to refrain from using on their platform any content violating norms of the applicable law or leading to the pages violating such norms.
3.3. The blogger shall undertake to refrain from using unfavourable emailing (spam) while sending advertising materials via email. The blogger shall be fully liable to receive proper consent of each recipient in order to send the advertisements by email.
3.4. We shall be entitled to withdraw the blogger's commission for the orders which were accomplished by using unacceptable traffic channels and/or violating other terms and conditions of this offer.
3.5. If the amount of the commission due for payment to the blogger does not cover the amount of the calculated penalty, the outstanding amount of the penalty may be charged additionally.
3.6. Any and all losses which Kiwitaxi incurred in the result of violation of the terms and conditions of this offer by blogger, shall be subject to collection in addition to the penalty.
4.1.Each influencer cooperating with Kiwitaxi may be provided with a unique personal promo code intended solely for use within their own promotional activities and audience.
4.2. The influencer’s commission is credited only for orders where: the promo code assigned to the influencer is used at the time of booking; and the order meets the general eligibility criteria (booking made, fully paid, and completed by the customer).
4.3. If a customer follows a third-party affiliate link (e.g., a link placed by a webmaster or another partner) but enters the influencer’s promo code at checkout, the order is attributed to the influencer and the commission is paid to them. In such cases, the promo code has priority over the referral link.
4.4. Influencers are not allowed to publish their promo codes:
4.5.Promo codes may only be used in connection with the influencer’s own, organic content — such as blog posts, social media stories, YouTube videos, podcast episodes, etc. Kiwitaxi reserves the right to monitor promo code usage and revoke or deactivate promo codes if used in violation of these terms.
4.6. Influencers may not use or share promo codes issued by Kiwitaxi to other partners or those published by Kiwitaxi itself (e.g. via its LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/kiwitaxi), Medium (https://medium.com/kiwitaxiworld), Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/kiwitaxi/), Pinterest (https://www.pinterest.com/kiwitaxicom/) or Threads (https://www.threads.com/@kiwitaxi) accounts). Use of unauthorized codes will result in cancellation of commission for the related orders
4.2. The influencer’s commission is credited only for orders where: the promo code assigned to the influencer is used at the time of booking; and the order meets the general eligibility criteria (booking made, fully paid, and completed by the customer).
4.3. If a customer follows a third-party affiliate link (e.g., a link placed by a webmaster or another partner) but enters the influencer’s promo code at checkout, the order is attributed to the influencer and the commission is paid to them. In such cases, the promo code has priority over the referral link.
4.4. Influencers are not allowed to publish their promo codes:
- on coupon or discount aggregation websites;
- in paid advertisements (including contextual, display, or targeted ads);
- in advertising campaigns using brand-related keywords (e.g., “kiwitaxi” or close variations);
- in any way that misleads users regarding their origin or affiliation.
4.5.Promo codes may only be used in connection with the influencer’s own, organic content — such as blog posts, social media stories, YouTube videos, podcast episodes, etc. Kiwitaxi reserves the right to monitor promo code usage and revoke or deactivate promo codes if used in violation of these terms.
4.6. Influencers may not use or share promo codes issued by Kiwitaxi to other partners or those published by Kiwitaxi itself (e.g. via its LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/kiwitaxi), Medium (https://medium.com/kiwitaxiworld), Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/kiwitaxi/), Pinterest (https://www.pinterest.com/kiwitaxicom/) or Threads (https://www.threads.com/@kiwitaxi) accounts). Use of unauthorized codes will result in cancellation of commission for the related orders
5.1. Any information received by the Partner from the Service during participation in the Kiwitaxi affiliate program shall be confidential. This is with the exception of the information:
5.2. Privacy policy shall be valid throughout the entire period of validity of the agreement concluded under this offer as well as within five years after the agreement's termination.
- which became publicly known without violation of the terms and conditions hereof by the Partner;
- which was legally received by the Partner from a third party without restriction and without violation of the terms and conditions hereof and without violation of confidentiality obligations;
- which may not be referred to confidential information according to the norms of the applicable law.
5.2. Privacy policy shall be valid throughout the entire period of validity of the agreement concluded under this offer as well as within five years after the agreement's termination.
6.1. The place of contract under this offer shall be Edinburgh (UK).
6.2. The present Agreement concluded under the present offer shall come into force after its conclusion for an indefinite term.
6.3. Any of the parties shall be entitled to terminate the agreement concluded under this offer by providing the other party with a written notice within at least 30 calendar days before such termination.
6.4. Kiwitaxi shall also be entitled to terminate the agreement concluded under this offer according to the point 2.10. of this offer.
6.2. The present Agreement concluded under the present offer shall come into force after its conclusion for an indefinite term.
6.3. Any of the parties shall be entitled to terminate the agreement concluded under this offer by providing the other party with a written notice within at least 30 calendar days before such termination.
6.4. Kiwitaxi shall also be entitled to terminate the agreement concluded under this offer according to the point 2.10. of this offer.
